This month The Bottle Cocktail Shop have partnered up with Mad March Hare Poitin showcasing this spirit through a special 3-drink menu along with a Poitin Masterclass on the 14th of November from 7pm - 8pm followed by live music from 8pm - 10pm!

Chris Hennessy of Paris Texas, Kilkenny brings a wealth of knowledge on the origins of Poitín, this once illicit spirit & it's resurrection through this new generation of Irish brands & distilleries. Chris will be hosting a Poitín masterclass showcasing some of Ireland's finest poitín from our little rock, deep diving into the versatility & notable nuances of this spirit that's leading a rebirth through cocktails.
