Can you tell us about the philosophy behind Treat Medi Spa and what inspired you to build the clinic around it?
At Treat Medi Spa, everything we do is rooted in confidence through authenticity. The inspiration came from recognising that many clients felt overwhelmed by unrealistic beauty standards or treatments that altered rather than enhanced their natural features. We wanted to create a space where results are refined, natural, and tailored - where clients feel like the best version of themselves, not someone else. True confidence comes from feeling comfortable in your own skin, and that philosophy guides every treatment we offer.
How do you decide which technologies and services to bring into the clinic?
We are extremely selective when introducing new technologies or treatments. Every device and product we bring into the clinic is carefully researched, clinically proven, and aligned with our results-driven approach. We prioritise safety, efficacy, and long-term skin health over trends. If a treatment doesn’t deliver consistent, visible results or elevate the client experience, it simply doesn’t make it onto our treatment menu.
Many of your treatments focus on results-driven rejuvenation. Which treatments are most popular among your clients right now, and why?
Currently, our clients are gravitating towards treatments that deliver natural, regenerative results with minimal downtime. Skin rejuvenation treatments such as microneedling with Dermapen, advanced facials using Environ, Mesoesthetics and non-invasive technologies from 3D Aesthetics remain highly popular.
We are also seeing a significant rise in demand for more advanced regenerative treatments, including CO2 laser resurfacing for skin renewal, as well as PRP therapy for both skin rejuvenation and hair restoration. These treatments work with the body’s own healing processes, delivering long-term improvements in skin quality and hair health.
In addition, there is a growing interest in the wellness side of aesthetics. Treatments such as IV drips are becoming increasingly popular, as clients look to support their skin, energy levels, and overall wellbeing from within.
Overall, clients are becoming more educated and focused on skin health - prioritising improvements in texture, tone, and radiance rather than quick fixes, which aligns perfectly with our ethos.

At Islington Square, we aim to continue growing as a hub for results-driven skin and body treatments, while maintaining a personalised, boutique experience. Long-term, we see Treat Medi Spa expanding its presence while staying true to our core philosophy: enhancing confidence through expert-led, tailored care.
