The Wearer has been part of Islington's independent scene since 2015, when owner Rachel left her fashion buying career to open a jewellery boutique showcasing all her favourite brands. Since moving to Islington Square in 2021, the selection has expanded to include fine jewellery and engagement and wedding rings, with all designs being timeless with a contemporary twist, made to last, and to be passed down the generations.

The selection of brands is ever-changing, mainly by local designers with transparent production methods, ethically sourced stones, conflict free diamonds and recycled components. They also offer a repair and re-modelling service, and you can visit us in the summer months to enjoy a glass of fizz in the courtyard garden to celebrate the launch of new lines.
