Terms and Conditions -

1. Islington Square's Competition to Win Two ODEON Tickets. To participate, entrants must follow the instructions on the Islington Square's Instagram post. This competition will run until Friday 23rd January 11:59 PM GMT. Entries made by direct reply to this Terms and Conditions page will not be accepted.
2. There will be one winner selected using a randomised computer process who has fulfilled the criteria outlined above. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted. 
3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, excluding employees of Workman LLP, their contractors, families or anyone directly connected with the organisation.
4. The prize consists of Two Odeon Luxe tickets. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash or an alternative item.
5. The winner will be notified via email using the details provided at the time of entry. Further information on how to claim the prize will be supplied at that stage.
6. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should unforeseen circumstances arise.
7. Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
8. No purchase is necessary. Entrants must have internet access and access to email and Islington Square’s website. No refunds will be given for any costs incurred while participating.
9. The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries deemed inappropriate, fraudulent or resulting from misconduct.
10. The prize is non transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative in whole or in part.
11. The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of being contacted. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
12. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering, participants consent to the collection, storage and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering this promotion. 
14. Personal data will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing without prior consent.
15. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants provide information to Workman LLP and not to Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability.
16. The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or affected by technical issues including network, system or software failures.
17. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity related to the promotion without further reward, such as photography or a short statement.
18. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
